Better rest-is caffeine keeping you awake?

Did you know that on average, we consume about 150mg to 200mg of caffeine daily?


  • Many of us consume far more as caffeine is found in energy drinks, vitamin waters, and several other products. FYI, a Starbucks Grande brewed coffee contains up to 370mg and a Venti up to 470mg of caffeine.

  • Some flavors of Bai water have up to 110mg of caffeine per bottle.

  • Caffeine use can be a cause of sleep disturbance, enhance anxiety and play a role in headaches and migraine.

  • Try to reduce your caffeine intake and avoid it after 1pm to get a better night’s sleep. A little goes a long way.
